IQ International applies governance at three levels: to the progression of opportunities, to the delivery of projects, and to the relationships between the parties involved. It is the discipline that allows capital, governments and delivery partners to rely on the platform, and it is the most developed element of what we do.

Stakeholder governance

Multi-party structures fail at the interfaces between participants. We take explicit responsibility for keeping sponsors, investors, contractors, regulators, local partners and operators aligned to the same definitions of scope, sequence, milestone and success.

Opportunity Governance

Opportunities progress through the lifecycle against defined criteria rather than on advocacy. Each stage is assessed for commercial viability, risk, capital requirement, partner readiness and strategic fit, so the portfolio reflects consistent judgement and every decision can be explained to investors.

Delivery governance

Once in execution, we apply institutional delivery governance drawn from international operating experience: structured project oversight, HSE and permit-to-work control, regulatory and compliance reporting, quality assurance and specification control, commissioning and handover governance, and digital incident reporting with audit trails.
