YASMIN CITY
Yasmin City is a government-backed master-planned urban development east of Mallawi Center in Minya Governorate, Egypt, extending to approximately 560 feddans (2,355,047 m²). It is conceived as an integrated mixed-use community supporting long-term residential growth, infrastructure expansion and regional economic development.
IQ International leads the integrated development and phased execution framework, with responsibility for development management and project coordination, planning oversight, stakeholder alignment across governmental and commercial parties, and the phased implementation structure. Delivery is structured through a consortium bringing development, governance, industrial and EPC and financing capability under coordinated management.
At city scale the challenge is sequencing, not construction: infrastructure must precede plots, plots must be absorbed before further phases are justified, and public services must arrive early enough to make the community viable. Coordination under a single accountable party is exactly what the platform provides.
